This seminar planned in close collaboration with the Central Bank of Turkey/G20 Chair, will help support the Turkish G20 presidency’s examination of possible policy response (monetary and fiscal) to the new macroeconomic environment that is emerging as a result of recent oil and commodity pressures. The seminar will also try to establish whether the shock being experienced is of a transitory nature or more permanent.
